Unable to sign up for Google AdSense - registration page resetting when submitting and starting the registration page all over - No error.
Suggestion:
The issue related to the browser:
Disable pop-up blocker (Internet options on the browser)
Enable - SSL3
Enable cookies,
Enable scripting (Security-custom level option)
Remove browser cache and restart the browser. - Most probably you will all set and able to complete your registration. Last resort to use different browser or different computer.
